The Nadezda Foundation Gala Dinner at The Square, Mayfair

News provided by Nadezda Foundation on Tuesday 5th Nov 2019

On Wednesday 6th November, Nadya Abela, founder of the Nadezda Foundation, will be hosting the 2nd Annual Gala Dinner to support and raise money for vulnerable children and children with disabilities in the UK. The event will be held at The Square restaurant which is part of the MARC group, owned by her husband Marlon Abela. The foundation was started 4 years ago in Russia and their mission is to relieve financial hardship, preserve and protect good health and to advance education of children and young people with disabilities. The foundation previously had a strong focus on Russia and earlier this year was successful in registering the charity in the UK too. Since then the foundation has raised more than £50,000 at the Ladies’ Lunch and the money raised has been donated to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, Blue Sky Autism and Fife Young Carers. A high calibre guest list is expected at the event with a predominantly British crowd from all professions including business, fashion, art and politics. The Guest of Honour for the evening will be Lord Anthony St John, an esteemed British peer, politician, businessman and solicitor. All proceeds raised at the event will be donated to charities chosen by the Nadezda Foundation.
