New emu.me app adds Cash to your emails
Technology allows us to share photos, videos and links within everyday conversations, over many different devices and platforms.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could share cash just as easily? Well now you can!
The emu Cash app, available today on iOS and Android, makes sending and asking for money as simple as an email. By selecting "Send Money" or "Ask for Money" and the amount, the app adds cash to your emails.
You don't signup, you just send an email cc'ing cash@emu.me with the amount in the subject line. New users receive a reply from emu.me asking them to link a payment card and money is sent directly to and from bank accounts, without the need for any secondary holding account.
Better still the emu Cash app is free to download and the service is currently free to use. You can send up to £800 per day and there are no limits on the amount you can receive.
