Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP solicitors acquires Steed & Steed

Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP solicitors completed their acquisition of Steed and Steed solicitors with offices in Sudbury and Braintree on 29^th April. The acquisition has been supported by private equity firm the Blixt Group. The firm will become part of the FJG group and operate under the Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP name, led by FJG CEO Tony Fisher and COO Paula Cameron.

The deal will expand FJG’s collective capabilities and services in key practice areas for the firm including family law, conveyancing, private client and dispute resolution.

The acquisition will see the firm grow to some 200 lawyers and support staff across 9 offices in Essex, Suffolk and London. The scale will allow the firm to dedicate more resources to its clients and additional capital to target key growth markets and industries.
