X Factor’s Rebekah Ryan has teamed up with renowned record producers and remixers Soul Seekerz to release her brand new single “What I Need”
No stranger to the spotlight, and originally signed to MCA records back in 1996, Rebekah’s first single produced by K-Klass was, national club hit, and reached the UK Top 30 singles chart.
Rebekah auditioned for the current series of the X Factor, and made it through to boot camp and subsequently on to the notorious 6-chair challenge; unfortunately, Rebekah was not given a chair and was forced to leave the competition.
Despite not making it through, and having to deal with a number of personal issues over the last few years, Rebekah was not deterred and was eager to pick her self up and get back in the studio and start recording again.
Rebekah was introduced by a close friend to Lee Rose owner of DeeVu Records. Lee thought her rich vocal tones would sound great on a modern dance track and teamed her up with the Soul Seekerz.
More than 20 years on from her debut, the new single, which was written by Penny Foster, produced by Soul Seekerz Simon Langford and Julian Napolitano and released on DeeVu Records, will be available to preorder from the 26th September 2016 and due for general release on Friday the 28th October 2016 and is tipped to take the dance floor by storm.
