Wedo Sofa Beds to Host an Exclusive Competition in support of Movember

Wedo Sofa Beds, the UK specialist in Sofa Beds, is going Movember mad in hope of raising awareness and money for a great cause.
All the bros at Wedo Sofa Beds are taking on the Movember challenge and will moustache up for the whole month in order to help raise awareness and funds for men’s health.
The Movember Effect
Movember was established in 2003 by a few friends over a beer in a pub just outside Melbourne, Australia. The goal was to create a campaign promoting the growth of the moustache among like minded people and having fun along the way. It is about real men, talking about real issues and changing the face of men’s health, one moustache at a time. Movember now spans the globe, with campaigns in 21 countries in 2012.
Because 1 in 9 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in the UK and one man is diagnosed every 15 minutes, Wedo is willing to get involved. Occurrences of prostate cancer in men are comparable to the rates of breast cancer in women. The funds raised in the UK are directed to programmes run directly by Movember and the men’s health partners, Prostate Cancer UK and the Institute of Cancer Research.
The Movember Competition
The team at Wedo comprises only a few candidates qualified to grow a moustache but we are highly motivated to expand the number of bros willing to support the charity by hosting a MOvember competition.
We encourage all our customers and facebook fans to take on the Movember challenge and enter the competition to have the chance to win a choice of sofabed and goodie bags. It is easy to participate: every new and old fan of the Wedo Facebook Brand Page must submit a photo on or after Movember 1st, to show that he is clean shaven and join our Movember group to donate and support the charity.
