The Awards are considered one of the best nights on the Shropshire business calendar where businesses are recognised and celebrated for their achievements and successes.

Iron & Fire is a family business founded by Head Roaster Kevin Burrows in 2014 after returning from Melbourne Australia, the home of third wave coffee, where he spent a decade gaining valuable experience and learning the art of roasting. His desire to share this knowledge and develop his own unique approach to coffee roasting in the UK led to the launch of Iron & Fire. The coffee roastery, coffee machine showroom, and barista training centre were opened in Shrewsbury in 2018. Customers can expect to enjoy a true insight into the roasting process whilst sampling speciality coffees. These are roasted on uniquely modified, state of the art roasting equipment. The investment in this equipment, along with in house knowledge and skills has allowed Iron & Fire to bring out the best in every bean and bring its superior tasting coffees
