A survey released this month has revealed that job vacancy numbers in the South West rose throughout June. In June 2015 South West Recruitment Index recorded a 6% rise in job availability with 1,540 vacancies advertising, compared to 1,453 in May 2015. As well as this, figures released by the Office of National Statistics suggest that the region has seen a 1% increase in employment over the last year with 35,000 more people finding work.
