Trilogic and RonIan recently announced the launch of their brand new product, Look Who’s Calling®.
Look Who’s Calling is a brand new UK Caller ID, Job or Appointment booking system specifically aimed at small businesses and links their landline or mobile phone (or both) to a PC or laptop.
The supplied software allows them to create a customised database of customers and the business conducted with those customers. When the telephone or mobile rings, the system instantly retrieves the customer details and also displays the last transaction.
Look Who’s Calling is perfect for small businesses, for saving jobs, appointments, bookings, orders, estimates or support calls.
“After 5 years of development and testing, our UK telephone Caller ID system is now market ready”, says software developer and owner of Trilogic, Graham Kelly. “We have been using the system with our PC repair business to identify customers and book in repairs, so the finished product has been used extensively in a real environment.”
Hardware developer, Ron Jones, owner of Ronian, had this to say “I have been using the mobile phone version of Look Who's Calling for some months. I wished it had been available years ago because it is so quick and easy to save a caller’s details, take orders or even just make a note of a conversation for future reference”.
