Millennials Printing With 1-Hour Photo App Printicular

Photo prints app Printicular and retail group Timpson today announced, UK customers can order photo prints using the Printicular app and pickup at hundreds of Max Spielmann stores. Locations are nationwide, many conveniently located within larger Tesco stores. Printicular makes it easy for customers to order photo prints which are ready in about 1-hour to collect in-store.

Through the Christmas and New Year season, Printicular aims to drive customers to photo retailers. With simple to use design and the convenience of local pickup, people can now create photo prints easily. Gorgeous, permanent prints are ready same day at retail stores, typically within 1 hour. Printicular with pickup of photo prints at Max Spielmann photo shops on the High Street and in larger Tesco stores is available on Android, iPhone and iPad.

Printicular is engaging with younger audiences compared to traditional photo print customers. “Printing customers are traditionally families printing family photos but, because of the photo revolution of phones, print orders have increased phenomenally in the 14-24 age group,” says Bruce Seymour, Director of Printicular. “Photos are showing up on refrigerators, mirrors and lockers like it’s 1985.”
