KPMG Is Recognised as One of the Top Employers for Women for the Third Year Running

KPMG has been included in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2015, retaining this high profile status for yet another year.

This ranking is based on extensive benchmarking carried out by Opportunity Now, the gender equality campaign for Business In The Community (BITC), during Responsible Business Week.

Companies that have achieved this status have demonstrated that gender equality is at the core of their business strategy, for KPMG this could not be more apparent. The three year diversity and inclusion targets which were launched in 2014, which included statistics on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation and disability, highlighted plans to raise the overall proportion of women reaching partner status. The strategy behind this focusses on recruitment, promotion and retention and centres on the ethos of "one firm".
