CARDIFF based advertising agency Hello Starling has announced the creation of three new posts to aid their next phase of growth.

Tess Coughlan-Allen joins the agency as a Junior Media Planner & Buyer, Rosa Rahmdel as Business Development Manager and Angharad Edwards joins as Digital Marketing Assistant.

The appointments come as the agency looks to grow revenues by 50% over the next 6 months.

Speaking about the roles, managing director James Robinson said "This is a an exciting time for us as we embark on our next phase of growth. Our plan is to be known as the 'agency for Wales', to be the first port of call for brands looking to get in front of their target audiences whilst looking good at the same time.
