Godminster Launches Heart-Shaped Brie

Thursday 9 January, 2014

Award-winning, artisan cheese maker Godminster, is launching a beautiful new gift set called Heart to Heart. It's a perfect combination of Godminster's famous burgundy heart-shaped Vintage Organic Cheddar and its new handmade Organic Heart Brie. Heart to Heart is the perfect gift for any loved one or cheese lover!

The new and exclusive heart-shaped brie is hand-made using fresh organic milk delivered directly from Godminster Farm, where its dairy herd grazes on lush green pastures in the heart of rural Somerset. Each cheese is hand-made by Godminster's highly skilled artisan cheese-makers and has a deliciously smooth white rind and mouth-watering velvety centre.

The carefully crafted heart-shaped brie is brilliantly paired with Godminster's instantly recognisable heart-shaped Vintage Organic Cheddar. The award winning Cheddar is made using a unique 70-year-old-recipe and matured for a lengthy 12-14 months to produce a beautifully rich and creamy Cheddar that is full of delicious flavour.

Godminster's Heart to Heart gift set contains a 200g Vintage Organic Cheddar Heart and a 150g Organic Brie Heart, retails at £17.45 including postage and packaging at www.godminster.com. Available from 9 of January 2014.

Editors Notes

Godminster Vintage's mantra is a simple one - nature repays those who treat her kindly - from the rolling fertile pasture and grazing herd of Friesian dairy cows to the organic soil and rambling orchards, Mother Nature is at the core of Godminster Farm. By looking after her, the unsurpassable organic raw ingredients are readily available to create a delicious range of high quality organic foods.
