Created by Caroline Goldston who along with her family runs an artisan baking business in south west London, where they supply local restaurants, cafes and tea shops with indulgent cakes, brownies and flapjacks. Her carrot cake won a two star Great Taste Award in 2013 and it's still one of her most popular. "Great Bakes was born out of our thriving local business and the desire to reach lovers of all things sweet and delicious while staying true to our artisan way of baking," explains Caroline. "We use quality ingredients freshly baked with passion and enthusiasm and hope that everyone enjoys eating them as much as we enjoy creating them."
