NLP or neuro-linguistic programming is a modelling approach that enables the practitioner to use existing models or develop new models of communication and influence to improve their own or others' performance.

What do our clients want to work towards? NLP can be used for large themes or smaller goals. The top six themes our clients work on are: financial freedom, career success, improved and maintained health, clarification of purpose, improved relationships and connections, and ways to overcome blocks and challenges.

Is it for you? Clients need to take responsibility for their own results, have a touch of ambition, courage, discipline and honesty, be prepared to invest their time and emotional energy. In addition, it works best when both the client chooses the trainer and the trainer chooses the client. It’s a partnership. You also need access to Skype and a good internet connection.

We offer a free introductory session and up to three further ‘no charge’ discovery sessions so you can test drive our approach without charge. During these sessions we help you work out what you want to achieve in a way that makes it easier for you to achieve it. We use our confidential portal on the CoachingCloud to host your end goals and our coaching conversations. When these sessions are complete, you’re in a position to make the decision to continue or not.

If you’re a potential business client we suggest you check in with your key stakeholders, to confirm what you choose to work on. You have the option of completing a global leadership self assessment. Both of these are designed so you get the maximum value from the programme.

The advantages of a 1:1 programme over traditional classroom training is that clients who like the format get significantly better results because it’s totally focused on what they want to achieve, and they can fit the sessions around their business and personal lives.

The practitioner programme takes seven months to complete based on one 1-hour session a week, short assignments, additional reading and an assessment at the end of the programme. On successful completion clients achieve the SNLP NLP practitioner certification. The investment is £300 each month (about $380) over the following six months.
