Zenith Ideas promote a culture of positivity and they believe it has been one of the driving forces of their success. The customer acquisition specialists share their nine tips for maintaining a positive attitude both in and out of the workplace.

The business world can be a tough environment. Highly unpredictable, it can be incredibly draining on entrepreneurs who enter it with the wrong mind set and they are often caught off guard by the demands of day to day business. Zenith Ideas, a leading sales and marketing firm based in Dublin, say that the only way to survive the business world and maintain a clear head is to stay positive. Positivity allows business professionals to make the most of every opportunity and seek out new ideas and solutions. By refusing to jump to the worst case scenario positive professionals are able to make better decisions and achieve growth for both their businesses and themselves.

Zenith Ideas understand however that maintaining a positive mind set in such an intense environment is no easy feat. To help business professional's increase their positivity the firm have offered their top nine tips.

Revaluate your circles

People are often highly influenced by those around them without even realising it. Having negative people around is likely to have a draining effect on an entrepreneur and could greatly impact their own state of mind. The firm recommend entrepreneurs to distance themselves from negative people if they want to succeed in other areas of their lives.

Empathy

Knowing that they have the means to help and support others will allow an entrepreneur to feel healthier and happier.

Gratitude

Learning how to recognise and appreciate even the smallest things in life can help to build a more positive mental attitude.

Reflect

Dwelling and reflecting are incredibly different things. Reflecting on past events will help an entrepreneur to understand how far they have come and review what they have learnt from past experiences, helping them to approach new challenges with confidence.

Teaching

It's important for entrepreneurs to accept that life isn't all about them. By looking at what they can teach others entrepreneurs will be able to achieve a feeling of empowerment and boost their self-confidence.

Embrace happiness

Taking time for themselves will help entrepreneurs embrace what it is that makes them happy which will boost their mood.

Start the Day Right

Creating a morning ritual will help entrepreneurs to appreciate their lives and get into the mind-set needed to achieve more.

Change the Environment

It's not just negative people that can have a draining effect. Negative news and television can also lower a person's morale. Entrepreneurs should focus on creating a positive environment for themselves.

Put a Halt to Negative Thoughts

Everyone has negative thoughts, however its how they are handled which negates success. Interrupting such thoughts before they bubble to the surface is key, whether through singing a silly song or thinking of something funny; entrepreneurs should do whatever works for them.

Managing Director of Zenith Ideas Ollie Lane believes that it's his firm's positive outlook which has helped them to thrive and grow over the last few months. 'We work hard to create a positive and fun working environment, positivity is contagious and we are firm believers that this is why we've been able to create such fantastic relationships with our clients and their customers,' stated Ollie Lane.

Zenith Ideas is an innovative event marketing firm that uses face to face customer interactions to build lasting relationships with their clients' consumers. These relationships help to boost brand loyalty and generate impressive results for their clients, providing them with the resources needed to grow.

<![CDATA[ Dublin best City to start a Business Claims Zenith Ideas ]]> https://pressat.co.uk/releases/dublin-best-city-to-start-a-business-claims-zenith-ideas-a5bfed6f2c5f3ed89e2633cf302ee158/ https://pressat.co.uk/releases/dublin-best-city-to-start-a-business-claims-zenith-ideas-a5bfed6f2c5f3ed89e2633cf302ee158/ Wednesday 19 November, 2014

As Zenith Ideas' business success continues to soar, the direct marketing firm outlines why Dublin is the best city to start a business.

Zenith Ideas has had a high demand for its services and has continued to thrive since opening earlier this year. To start their investigation into why they believe Dublin is the best city to start a business in, the firm looked into what key areas start-ups need to thrive.

Information and Education Zenith Ideas highlights that start-ups must be able to easily access information about what's happening and available in the area that's relevant to start-ups. Also, while most people who start businesses are experts in their own industry, they may lack the fundamental business knowledge, skills and expertise to get them off the ground. It is crucial they can find this information in both offline and online education.

Facilities Start-ups need the best possible facilities and services to help them start-up, points out Zenith Ideas. Dublin has to be able to provide the necessary facilities to entice, encourage and support start-ups, and make sure that the correct platforms are in place to give them the best possible chance of long term success.

Support Start-ups need a strong network of peers who can support, encourage and mentor them. Zenith Ideas highlights that networks provide more benefits and much more value than support from friends outside of the industry. Support networks can provide business owners with the opportunity to learn, grow and access new sales opportunities.

Finances A city must have the correct platforms and financial supports and structures in place. They must be easily accessible to the people looking to start a business says Zenith Ideas.

The firm believe that Dublin does have all of these basic needs and structures in place for start-ups and business owners as well as many other areas which make Dublin a great place to start a business. Entrepreneurship is now taught in schools which instils an entrepreneurial mindset into the entire city and means that networking opportunities are huge. As well as this, Forbes magazine listed Dublin as one of the top 7 cities in the world to start a business for reasons such as: being English speaking, having excellent hardware, being cheaper than the UK, having business friendly policies, having a low corporation tax rate and having numerous European headquarters of companies including: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google.

On top of this there are plenty of initiatives already in place for start-ups including enterprise centres, facilities, education centres and programs, networks, events, awards and online forums which are all based in Dublin. Dublin also has strong financial schemes in place to help start-ups which includes supports such as grants, corporation tax of 12.5%, seed funding, incentive schemes and tax relief.

Zenith Ideas is an outsourced sales and marketing firm based in the heart of Dublin. The firm work on behalf of their clients to improve customer acquisition, customer retention and brand awareness. The firm have received a high demand for their personalised, face-to-face marketing campaigns and attribute their success to both their hard work, and operating in Dublin. Zenith Ideas believes that the positive attitude towards entrepreneurship and positive start-up culture in the city has allowed the firm to exceed expectations and expand quickly.

Starting a new business is challenging for anyone, explains Zenith Ideas. To help make the process that bit easier, industry leaders Zenith Ideas offer their advice to sustain future growth.

Zenith Ideas, based in Dublin, is a direct sales and marketing firm that specialises in increasing customer acquisition and brand awareness for a variety of businesses across Ireland. The firm offer a 'no win no fee' solution to marketing, allowing their clients to access expert industry knowledge with very little risk. Zenith Ideas help their clients to widen their market reach and boost their reputation by meeting with potential and existing customers on their behalf. By meeting with each customer one on one means Zenith Ideas are able to develop and nurture lasting customer relationships where each customer feels valued and receives a highly personalised service that many other marketing approaches simply cannot deliver.

As well as providing high impact, high quality marketing solutions, a major part of Zenith Ideas business strategy is to support and nurture their hard working representatives and contractors. The firm run a business development program which allows anyone within the company with entrepreneurial aspirations to develop and improve the skills required to run a business. Due to their extensive work with young entrepreneurs throughout the program Zenith Ideas are well aware of the many challenges facing entrepreneurs when wanting to start a business. The business world is a high pressure environment where, bad decisions have the potential to destroy any chance of success. With so many new responsibilities on their shoulders, many new business owners and entrepreneurs experience increased stress, which can affect their overall health and lead them to making risky and often rash decisions.

To help entrepreneurs cope with the pressures of business ownership, Zenith Ideas have called upon their own experiences in business and have offered their advice on the following five areas of starting a successful small business.

Fine tune the business plan

A business plan is the most important tool for any start up, not only will it ensure a business stays on the right track, it's also what will attract investors and secure that all important funding. A great business plan must be developed objectively, and address all potential problems and weaknesses within the model in order to find solutions and make the plan infallible.

Check the red tape

There are many legal implications of starting a business, checking trademarks and registering a business name, as well as tax obligations all have the potential to trip up a new business owner. Zenith Ideas urge entrepreneurs to seek out a red tape checklist, to avoid falling victim to any unaddressed legal issues.

Cash flow

Cash flow is the lifeblood of a new business and many entrepreneurs are well aware of the importance of budgeting. However business owners should be constantly assessing their cash flow and forecast how much money their business will need to operate successfully for a year, taking into account seasonal trends and spending habits.

Understand the customer and stand out

Entrepreneurs should take the time to get to know their customers and work out what they really want from their business. Personalised marketing and loyalty schemes can help maintain customer relationships, whilst immersing themselves within the local community can really help a new business widen their brand awareness.

Plan for the future

To succeed, Zenith Ideas believe it's vital for new business owners to plan a clear picture of where they want their business to go in the future. This means creating a growth template, assessing what funding is required and of course, budgeting to ensure any long term goals are met.

Successful sales people are those who do the same thing every day. Such actions require a unique type of mental toughness, and Zenith Ideas discuss the five characteristics that help exceptional sales people define this type of resilience.

Zenith Ideas is a leading provider of outsourced sales and marketing to clients in Ireland. Located in Dublin, Zenith Ideas develop and execute interactive direct marketing campaigns. On behalf of their clients the firm build strong and lasting connections with customers which dramatically increase brand loyalty, customer acquisition and spreads positive brand awareness. The firm's face to face personal approach to marketing strategies has resulted to the firm seeing an increased demand in their services since their establishment. Because of the guaranteed results and 100% ROI provided to clients, the firm is growing at an impressive rate.

Zenith Ideas attribute much of their success to the sales units working with the company. The sales force have a unique mental toughness and the firm recognise five characteristics that help exceptional sales people to define their resilience.

1 .Achievers – sales professionals invented the use of game mechanics in the workplace. It is effective because salespeople care so much about winning. Achievement (more so than money) is the primary motivation for the best reps. Winning and being recognised by peers is a big deal.

2. Reality distortion field – exceptional salespeople don't get flustered. They have a Zen-like ability to focus on the specific task at hand while exuding an aura of calm confidence.

3. Control freaks – the very best salespeople obsess over every detail of their sales presentation, dress rehearse meetings, meticulously assemble proposals early in the morning. Good salespeople hate surprises and the best way to reduce the chances of being surprised is to focus on every detail of the process.

4. Fiercely loyal – the stereotype of salespeople is that they are constantly scheming to line their pockets with the customers' money. While this might be the case for 'bad' sales reps, the opposite tend to be true for exceptional salespeople. The best are intensely loyal to customers and the brand being represented.

5. Pre-empting– salespeople are optimists. They survive the emotional rollercoaster of winning and losing deals. This optimism is often balanced by a healthy dose of fear. To reduce the risk of things going wrong, actions are put in place to avoid this happening as much as possible.

<![CDATA[ Zenith Ideas urge Businesses to get more Feedback ]]> https://pressat.co.uk/releases/zenith-ideas-urge-businesses-to-get-more-feedback-ffce89d9d2ce8ac9fd305db602cc405e/ https://pressat.co.uk/releases/zenith-ideas-urge-businesses-to-get-more-feedback-ffce89d9d2ce8ac9fd305db602cc405e/ Thursday 18 September, 2014

Being objective can often be difficult when being emotionally involved in the development of a brand. Zenith Ideas therefore say businesses must listen to the feedback of their customers in order to secure continuous business growth.

There are many ways to receive feedback about a brand, from surveys, mentors, family and friends and by asking the consumer directly. Oliver Lane, MD of Zenith Ideas says it is crucial to receive honest and objective feedback from someone who knows and understands the specific product or service. “Feedback must be relevant. As nice as comments from friends and family might be, they may not be as objective and helpful as needed for the business.” Zenith Ideas is a leading provider of outsourced sales and marketing and run interactive direct marketing campaigns on behalf of their clients. The firm based in Dublin, Ireland is well recognised for their face-to-face strategy and providing a personalised experience for every single customer.

An ever-changing marketplace makes it unavoidable for businesses to continuously innovate and create new ideas. Zenith Ideas however insist that businesses must get feedback about their products and services directly from the consumer in order to avoid disappointment. Kitty Shepherd, co-founder of Shepherds Markets, says she has noticed an increasing number of businesses using the opportunity to assess new ideas: “Small businesses are drawn to markets as they provide unique opportunities to put their ideas into practice. And gain first-hand feedback from their target audience.” Oliver Lane from Zenith Ideas agrees that feedback directly from the target market is crucial. He recommends businesses to have a procedure in place to track and review customer feedback on a regular basis.

Zenith Ideas run face-to-face marketing campaigns for their clients. Their sales force promotes and sells the company’s clients’ products and services to a specific target audience. “The personal interaction makes all the difference,” insists Oliver Lane of Zenith Ideas. “Our mission is to leave every customer happier than we found them,” adds Oliver Lane. By focusing on a friendly and personalised approach, Zenith Ideas’ sales force builds rapport with consumers and increases trust. “This way, customers tell us when they are happy or upset and the best thing is that we always leave them our names, so they can even provide us feedback afterwards, especially when they need any assistance,” says Oliver Lane of Zenith Ideas.

He explains that every single feedback is collected and tracked and forwarded to their clients. “Together we review these comments regularly, so amendments can be made accordingly and customer satisfaction remains on the rise,” adds Oliver Lane. Their strategy has proven successful. Zenith Ideas have increased customer satisfaction by over 30 per cent in Q2 compared to the beginning of the year. The firm is now planning to expand and represent their clients in further markets.

<![CDATA[ Zenith Ideas Future Proof their Brand Strategy ]]> https://pressat.co.uk/releases/zenith-ideas-future-proof-their-brand-strategy-60529f513c0b8e0473e47a846ca15552/ https://pressat.co.uk/releases/zenith-ideas-future-proof-their-brand-strategy-60529f513c0b8e0473e47a846ca15552/ Monday 1 September, 2014

Zenith Ideas announced this week the new changes they have made to the company to ensure their strategies are future proof.

It is extremely important to future proof brand strategies because consumer needs and expectations change all the time. People’s values shift dramatically every couple of years, changing their needs and expectations from brands. Brands need to adapt and stay relevant by ensuring they have future proofed their brand strategies.

Zenith Ideas has highlighted some key tips on how to make a brand future proof that they have introduced into their business. 1. Stick to the brand’s original values It takes a long time to build a strong reputation amongst consumers as a brand that creates products and services that they love. The current market environment makes it tempting to profit at the expense of the brand, for example reducing quality or discounting, but these actions can come at the cost of demolishing the brand’s competitive advantage and customer goodwill that has taken years to build.

2. Be continually persuasive Brands must actively seek to continuously influence consumer behaviour with big ideas that are delivered creatively and persuasively. Brands must change continuously to stay relevant. Larger brands tweak their marketing and design strategies to make sure they always have their customers’ attention, smaller brands should also learn from this example.

3. Learn the market To keep up with regular market changes, commissioning research or reading trend reports will only give you so much knowledge. To learn more the best thing to do is to spend time with the consumers, listen to them, experience how they live and see what the brand means to them.

4. Be innovative Whether this be thinking outside the box and making a completely new product that the brand has never sold before or selling to new markets, businesses of all sizes should be continuously looking for ways to be innovative. These changes could be large or small in scale but they must happen as stagnation is a hindrance to long-term success.

5. Think like a competitor Many companies are too slow to respond to market changes because they’re worried about alienating their current customers, so thinking of how competitors might challenge the brand can help business owners to make the hard decisions necessary to grow.

Zenith Ideas also believe that alongside these tips it is important for a brand to stay relevant and keep up with current trends. For example, visual communications drive engagement like no other form of content, this could be through social media or marketing. Consumers also want great customer service across several platforms and means of communication so Zenith Ideas says that brands should ensure that they have these methods in place.

Zenith Ideas is an outsourced sales and direct marketing firm based in Dublin. The firm specialises in improving their clients brand awareness, brand loyalty and customer acquisition through face-to-face interaction with consumers. By connecting with consumers directly the firm can create long-lasting and personalised relationships between the brand and consumer, which in turn drives quality sales and offers the client a high ROI.

Zenith Ideas has joined in with the latest phenomenon to hit the internet and social media, the ‘Ice Bucket Challenge’ to raise money for the charity ALS, which supports people with Motor Neurone Disease.

Zenith Ideas’ Managing Director, Oliver Lane and the entire sales force at Zenith Ideas have taken part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. The challenge involves having someone tip a large bucket of ice water over your head and then nominating other people to have the same done to them. But the key part of the challenge is to donate money to ALS to raise money to support people with Motor Neurone Disease.

Currently the Ice Bucket Challenge has raised nearly $80 million, since July, for ALS and the money has come from approximately 1.7 million donors. In the same time period last year the organization had raised just $2.5 million compared to the $79.7 million and still counting that The Ice Bucket Challenge has encouraged this year. The Ice Bucket Challenge continues to encourage people around the world to dump ice over their heads and send in money and the amount raised is expected to keep on climbing as more and more people take part.

Zenith Ideas supports The Ice Bucket Challenge and all that it is doing for the charity. The firm specialises in raising brand awareness for their clients and this especially helps them to understand just how much the awareness raised by The Ice Bucket Challenge will impact the charity, not just in the coming months but for many years to come.

<![CDATA[ Zenith Ideas: 3,750 New Jobs in Ireland Thanks to Startup Companies ]]> https://pressat.co.uk/releases/zenith-ideas-3750-new-jobs-in-ireland-thanks-to-startup-companies-8421a0e052f922b59bf1f021c328d1fa/ https://pressat.co.uk/releases/zenith-ideas-3750-new-jobs-in-ireland-thanks-to-startup-companies-8421a0e052f922b59bf1f021c328d1fa/ Tuesday 22 July, 2014

Over the last few years, Enterprise Ireland has invested heavily in Start-up businesses which has led to thousands of new jobs across the country. Zenith Ideas voice their support for entrepreneurship and suggests that this is just the beginning for Ireland's entrepreneur culture.

After media attention surrounding non performing bank loans and limited credit availability, there’s now some good news for the Irish economy after rating agents Moody’s estimate above average growth levels of 3% over the next few years. The economy has been growing steadily since summer 2012 and the newly estimated rate of growth is almost twice that of Europe, which is great news for both consumers and business owners.

Employment growth has encouraged a higher level of consumer confidence which means many businesses across Ireland are set to see significant growth over the coming years as spending is set to rise.

This must needed boost in jobs and employment growth could be due to the country’s continued support of young entrepreneurs and start-up companies. With the number of Startups and small businesses increasing every year, small enterprises have contributed vastly to Ireland’s economic recovery. With many Start-up owners seeking out fresh young talent to help build their new business, Start-ups provide excellent job opportunities to many of Ireland’s young people. The country also saw a rise in the number of people choosing to become self-employed. Being able to work on more flexible terms has had a dramatic effect on the jobs market and has helped encourage those who previously struggled to find suitable roles back into work.

Zenith Idea’s is a fairly new firm and since opening in Dublin earlier this year they have seen much success. Owner Ollie Lane ran a business prior to the recession which he was forced to leave due to a life-threatening accident. 8 years later he and a young group of innovative, ambitious individuals have given his new business Zenith Idea’s a great start and things are looking bright for the firm’s future.

To support and encourage other young business minds, Zenith Ideas currently run a business development program, available to all contractors, suppliers and employees of the firm. Speaking of the programme, Owner Ollie Lane seemed adamant that young people need more confidence in their business potential and is hopeful that the programme Zenith Ideas provides will do that. ‘We aim to thrive in this new found optimism in Ireland and the development program will hopefully instil skills and confidence back into Dublin’s youth’.

With increasing consumer expectations, businesses must focus on customer loyalty in order to stay ahead of competitors. Zenith Ideas therefore highlight three key areas businesses must pay special attention to.

Zenith Ideas, an outsourced sales and marketing firm based in Dublin, Ireland have forecasted to increase their clients’ customer retention by 50 per cent in the coming six months. The company has therefore highlighted three key areas business owners must pay special attention to in order to keep themselves ahead of the competition. Those areas include the need for attention, appreciation and acceptance.

In the current economic climate, consumer expectations are increasing. “With more products and services on the market, consumers have more options available to them. Loyalty to specific brands is decreasing and customer expectations of quality of services continue to increase,” says Oliver Lane, Managing Director of Zenith Ideas.

In order to stand out from others, Zenith Ideas insist that firms must give the customer attention and make them feel important. “You must make them feel as if they were the only customer of the day,” says Oliver Lane of Zenith Ideas. He insists that customers want to feel important and listened to. “Paying attention to what they have to say is the best you can do.” He adds: “With such feedback we can find out what the consumer really wants and what is great about a specific product or service and what may need improvement,” says Oliver Lane.

Furthermore, businesses must show appreciation to their customers. “If you don’t thank them and acknowledge how excited you are that they come and do business with you, they might just go to one of your competitors,” says Oliver Lane. As a third key factor, Zenith Ideas state that businesses must accept every single customer. “It is crucial to accept both the ‘easy’ and the ‘difficult’ one. The more challenging customers are the ones who give the most relevant feedback on what needs to improve, and I sincerely believe that businesses should be grateful to receive such criticism rather than seeing the customer leave to a different brand straight away. This is a fantastic opportunity for service recovery, and once looked after they will be the most loyal customers,” says Oliver Lane.

Zenith Ideas are a leading provider of outsourced sales and marketing in Ireland. The firm develops and executes interactive direct marketing campaigns. By meeting consumers in person and having face-to-face conversations, Zenith Ideas’ sales force creates a personalised customer experience. “We are there to explain the product or service, we are there to answer questions on the spot and we are there, directly with the customer, in order to listen to their feedback and thank them before we leave them,” explains Oliver Lane of Zenith Ideas. By applying their experience and ensuring that the customer’s needs are consistently met, Zenith Ideas increase their clients’ customer retention and are preparing to grow their organisation, first within Ireland and Great Britain, then within Europe and worldwide over the next five years.
