Ads Promote New Cabana Restaurant in London ]]> https://pressat.co.uk/releases/fancy-a-brasilian-ads-promote-new-cabana-restaurant-in-london-c697a100570ff9dac3770fb409e45cb6/ https://pressat.co.uk/releases/fancy-a-brasilian-ads-promote-new-cabana-restaurant-in-london-c697a100570ff9dac3770fb409e45cb6/ Wednesday 27 April, 2016

Transport Media, the transport advertising division of media planning and buying specialistMedia Agency Group, is continuing its work with Brasilian restaurant Cabana. A range of transport and out of home advertising formats are set to promote the newly-opened Newcastle branch of the food chain across the city over the coming months.

Cabana Newcastle is the chain’s tenth restaurant in the UK, with several already established locations across London and sites in Leeds and Manchester. It is set to quickly become the North East’s home of the Brasilian cocktails, steaks and skewers, with the new restaurant located on the busy Newgate Street.

The new advertisements are vibrant, colourful and eye-catching. The campaign kicks off with 4 sheet posters located in Newcastle station, before high-impact advertising arrives in the form of carriage cards on the Tyne and Wear Metro network next month. Larger 6 sheet posters will be on display in June as Cabana looks to turn up the heat in Newcastle City Centre ahead of the summer period.

Out of home and transport advertising are both fantastic methods of reaching a large urban audience on the move. By targeting Metro passengers Cabana’s ads will be seen by those actively seeking a distraction from their journey, while out of home posters are a great way of reaching a local audience in some of the city’s busiest areas.

Managing Director of Transport Media’s parent company Media Agency Group, John Kehoe, said:

“Media Agency Group is delighted to be continuing its work with Cabana, raising awareness of the new Newcastle-based restaurant during its initial period of opening. The colourful advertisements will be on show in some key locations across the city and the Metro network, reaching a large and diverse audience. We’re looking forward to seeing how the campaign performs over the coming weeks and we’re confident that it’ll be a great success.”

Transport Media has launched a new advertising campaign on the London Overground network, once again working with its long-term client Rainforest Foundation UK to promote the charity’s work and raise awareness of a new SMS campaign.

As the specialist transport advertising division of Media Agency Group, Transport Media has coordinated this effective new campaign, which sees over 200 rail panel advertisements located on London Underground trains.

The ads are in a prime location, allowing passengers to absorb the creative and take on board Rainforest Foundation UK’s message as they seek a welcome distraction from their tube journey.

The ad campaign supports Rainforest Foundation UK’s latest SMS campaign. It’s aiming to educate the British public on the effects of palm oil, the rainforest’s “hidden destroyer,” which is found in many everyday products such as toiletries, cosmetics and snacks.

Palm oil plantations are often established at the expense of the world’s rainforests due to the plant’s climate requirements. The UK public are encouraged to text ‘HID’ or ‘CHOC’ to 70300 to receive a free palm oil guide to help them make informed choices on which products to purchase.

Rainforest Foundation UK’s work is vital to the future of the world’s rainforests, saving homes, habitats and species for future generations. As well as rail panel advertising, Media Agency Group will also be coordinating a new out of home campaign in Edinburgh, Oxford and Cambridge in the coming weeks to help spread the organisation’s message further.

Managing Director of Transport Media’s parent company Media Agency Group, John Kehoe, said:

“It’s a pleasure to be once again working with Rainforest Foundation UK on another effective transport advertising campaign. Media Agency Group is proud to help the foundation promote its work by coordinating this London campaign and our future campaigns across the UK. The ads spread an important message about the harmful effects of palm oil and we’re sure they’ll generate interest in the new SMS campaign.”

Transport Media is pleased to unveil one of its latest advertising campaigns, working alongside innovative event planning mobile app YPlan. The high exposure and strategically-targeted campaign sees rail panel display advertisements target commuters, residents and tourists on the busy London Overground network.

The adverts showcase the app's current promotion which gives users in London £7 "to discover and book the best events in London," whilst encouraging Overground passengers to give their sofa the night off and live their city. The eye-catching advertisements have a strong presence inside the busy train carriages, as they act as a welcome distraction for passengers during their journey. Advertising on interior train panels is a fantastic way to reach a captive audience, with an average London Overground journey time of 13 minutes giving passengers enough time to fully connect with an advertisement and read its message.

The YPlan booking and event app connects residents and visitors in major cities with the best events each day, giving people the chance to discover everything from places to go on dates, the city's hidden cultural spots and where to socialise with friends. The app also allows users to book tickets straight from their smartphone, with their YPlan ticket then enough to gain entry into their chosen event.

Marketing Director of YPlan, Ian Macleod, said:

"YPlan is providing Londoners and visitors to the capital with an exciting new way to discover the latest events going on in the city. We wanted to ensure we are communicating our #liveyourcity message to as many people as possible. We decided to target our advertisements to passengers on the busy London Overground network, and Transport Media has delivered a campaign which we're all delighted with."

Managing Director of Transport Media's parent company Media Agency Group, John Kehoe, said:

"Transport Media is pleased to be working alongside the brilliant YPlan app to help to encourage those in London to explore their city. We've secured advertising space on some major London Overground lines that will guarantee high exposure of the campaign, which I'm sure will yield some positive results for YPlan. We look forward to working together again in the near future."

Working with tourism organisation Visit Sicily, advertisements have been running throughout the summer in the capital promoting the 'Island of Art' as a destination of choice for Londoners this year.

The bright coloured and vivid advertisements offer exposure of the Visit Sicily brand to millions of pedestrians across London, with taxis covering enormous mileage – essentially working as effective mobile billboards promoting your creative.

Elsewhere, a range of cross track out of home advertisements have been installed across some of London's busiest underground stations, such as London Euston, to target passengers whilst they are in a captive environment which offers high dwell time as they wait to board their train.

Visit Sicily is focusing on the Italian island's beauty, history and culture in order to increase visitor numbers this year. The locally-targeted bus rear advertisements will be on display on as many as 19 of the city's buses for the next four weeks, having launched on 27 April.

A new transport advertising campaign is set to be launched by Transport Media, promoting the work of Rainforest Foundation UK and highlighting its new SMS campaign, which informs the public of the harmful effect of palm oil. The campaign is being implemented on the frequently-used London Overground network, with over 200 rail panel advertisements on show to commuters, tourists and residents travelling on several of the network's busy lines.

The exciting new ad campaign features two different creatives produced by 999 Design, each focusing on every day products that contain 'the hidden destroyer' that is palm oil. The public are encouraged to text 'LIP' or 'CHOC,' depending on which creative they see, to 70300 in order to receive a free palm oil guide. The ads are stylishly-designed, using vivid colours as well as striking, eye-catching images which are sure to attract the attention of Overground passengers. Rail panel advertising is a great way to allow your brand to stand out throughout the duration of a train journey - elevated above standing height in often jam-packed carriages, these ads offer campaigns maximum coverage, infiltrating dense urban areas with high dwell-time, and gaining widespread attention for a brand's creative.

Rainforest Foundation UK's work is vital to the future of the world's rainforests. By defending indigenous and forest people's rights they are able to save homes, habitats and species for future generations. The world's rainforests are under increasing pressure from agro-industrial expansion, extractive activities, infrastructure development and industrial logging. This latest campaign draws attention to the harmful effects of palm oil, which is found in every day products including toiletries, cosmetics and snacks. Due to the climate requirements of the plant, plantations are often established at the expense of rainforests.

Managing Director of Transport Media's parent company Media Agency Group, John Kehoe, said: "Transport Media is proud to be contributing to the fantastic cause that is Rainforest Foundation UK, with a new advertising campaign on the London Overground network. It's always a pleasure to work with clients who are committed to making a positive change to the planet, and this latest campaign is spreading an important message about the harmful effect of palm oil on the world's rainforests."

Bus superside adverts will feature on London's buses for a two week campaign to promote the Fotozino app to the city's consumers.

With the average bus covering over 700 miles every week, superside advertising is a fantastic opportunity for brands and businesses to speak directly to a vast consumer base and – in this instance, drive brand awareness."

American hair care company Luster Products Inc. has partnered with Transport Media to announce the availability of its ‘Colorlaxer’ range in Boots stores.

A London-targeted bus campaign is set to launch on July 21st, using the effective format of bus rear advertising to transport the brand across key South London locations.

Buses throughout Tottenham, Brixton, Peckham and Northumberland Park will all carry Luster Products’ vibrant advertising campaign for four weeks.

Using the strapline “Color, Relax & Condition in one easy step”, the campaign highlights the ease and efficiency of their ‘Colorlaxer 3-N-1’ range of hair colorants.

Also featuring the Boots logo and by-line, the ad clearly creates a link for the Luster brand with the well-known store, encouraging audiences to look for Luster when next in their local branch of Boots.

Luster Products Inc. is the leading African-American manufacturer of premium personal care products for customers worldwide.

Using bus rear advertising across the capital is a fantastic way to utilise one of London’s most prominent modes of public transport, and is guaranteed to maximise reach to audiences throughout the city by acting as a mobile billboard.

Lee Dentith, CEO of Transport Media’s parent company, Media Agency Group said:

“The bus rear format is a great way to target a captive audience of motorists and passengers who are travelling directly behind a brand’s campaign. This simple and striking design will undoubtedly turn heads on the capital’s roads, helping to enhance Luster Products’ presence at Boots.”

<![CDATA[ Self-published author’s innovative advertising aims to impress London’s agents ]]> https://pressat.co.uk/releases/self-published-authors-innovative-advertising-aims-to-impress-londons-agents-685dcb07e83cc641d73c0a0741a0177b/ https://pressat.co.uk/releases/self-published-authors-innovative-advertising-aims-to-impress-londons-agents-685dcb07e83cc641d73c0a0741a0177b/ Friday 18 July, 2014

RR Haywood, self-published author of the cult smash-hit series ‘The Undead’ has partnered with Transport Media to launch some tactical advertising across London.

From the 15th-17th July, RR Haywood has been travelling alongside his very own mobile Advan billboard.

The Advan has been used to promote his best-selling Zombie Horror series … as well as the fact that he still has no literary agent!

As the Advan campaign clearly displays, despite having a cult following of thousands, over 500 5 star reviews and winning awards, RR Haywood still has no representation from an agent or publisher, and is currently self-published.

The beauty of an Advan is that it acts as both a mobile and static billboard, meaning it can be strategically positioned to create maximum impact.

With careful planning from RR Haywood and Transport Media, the Advan stopped off on its travels through central London outside select publishers and literary agencies.

On the final day of the tour, the Advan was also joined by real-life zombies delivering zombie cupcakes to some strategic premises.

RR Haywood is offering signed copies of his work to anybody who takes a photo of the Advan and posts it on his Facebook page.

Lee Dentith, CEO of Transport Media’s parent company, Media Agency Group said:

“The Advan format is a fantastic way to create impact and is perfect for a slightly tongue-in-cheek advertising campaign such as this. RR Haywood’s innovative marketing is certain to invoke interest and get the capital’s publishing industry talking.”
